HOW TO USE:

Step 1: 

Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste to your toothbrush. Brush your teeth for 3 minutes using gentle circular motions.

Step 2:

Spit out the toothpaste and rinse your mouth thoroughly with water.

Use 2 - 3 times a day. 

Step 3: 

For optimal care, use our Natural Mouthwash Smoke Tree water - Hydrolina - for Bleeding gums and Bad breath for at least 30 seconds, then spit it out. Do not rinse with water after use.
